About the Photographer

Lamar Green

I suppose my interest in photography started at a young age, my grandfather started a commercial printing shop in West Oakland, CA. I was fascinated by the process of film developing, I took a photography class in 5^th grade where we learned to develop film into photographs.

My first genre was photographing Rock concerts                                                  Rolling Stones, Mick Jagger 1981 Candlestick Park, SF, CA.

I have always loved camping and backpacking, beautiful mountains and coastline here in Northern California, I enjoy trying to find those unique perspectives.

I now live in the California Delta where there is an abundance of Wildlife, here is one of my favorites taken right off my back deck. Nice Balance ~ Beauty and Nature.
